Spiced Pear and Goat Cheese Tartine

Pairs perfectly with Number 3 — Cucumber vodka, citrus, elderflower, habanero

Finger Food | Makes 8 pieces

Juicy spiced pears meet creamy tangy goat cheese on a crispy bread base in this sophisticated bite that bridges the Number 3's cool refreshment with warming spice through strategic use of white pepper and habanero heat. The pear's delicate sweetness plays beautifully with the cheese's funk, while lime zest scattered across the top adds brightness that ties everything to your cocktail perfectly. It's the kind of unexpected combination that feels instantly luxurious.
