REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS
Deko Cocktails may issue refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law. To submit a refund request, please contact Deko Cocktails within 5 days of delivery at help@dekococktails.com.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Deko Cocktails within 5 days of the delivery date. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may request a photo of the damaged goods.
If an order is lost during shipping, Deko Cocktails will resend the order to the recipient at no charge.
WEATHER DAMAGES
Deko Cocktails reserves the right to delay shipment to prevent damage to products due to weather conditions (such as, but not limited to, extreme temperatures). Deko Cocktails assumes no liability for shipment delays or for any damages to alcohol beverages due to weather, temperature, or related conditions regardless of whether or not the shipment is delayed.
If Deko Cocktails notifies you of a shipment delay due to weather but you still request shipment, Deko Cocktails does not assume any risk for the shipment. Deko Cocktails reserves the right to request written confirmation that you will assume the risk prior to shipping the order.
